Hi I'm Kira!

I am originally from southeast Idaho where I did basketball, soccer and track in highschool, as well as weight lifting!

After playing basketball in college I became a respiratory therapist and avid crossfiter! I have my L1!

I have done crossfit for 6 years now and love the fitness it gives me to be a mom!

I have 3 little kids and love to show them how functional fitness positively effects your life!

Favorite movement: anything with a dumbell!!


Hey, I'm Jen!

I grew up in Northern Virginia and went to a single A high school. I did every sport! Cross Country, swim team, Soccer, Track. When I graduated it was hard to find workouts I wanted to do without a coach or a team. I did a lot of running through my years (decade) of having babies. After my last kid was born, running was really hurting my body. I found RxFit and fell in love with CrossFit.

I love showing up and throwing down at the gym but I do not like competing! I have my L1.

My fave movements are box jumps and burpees!


I'm Mig!

I hold the State record for olympic lifts. I have invested 400+ hours in specialized weightlifting coaching. I have my L1 & L2 & Olympic Weightlifting Coaching Certification. I have also coached and competed for USA Weightlifting.

I love the gym!


It's Tyre!

I grew up running, I've ran 9 halves and 2 full marathons. But even with running I've had friends and teams to do it with. I was on a women's flag football league in AZ and tore my acl, after that running just wasn't doing it for me anymore. I found CrossFit and fell in love. I've done a lot of competitions, even podiumed with some games athletes but team or partner comps are my favorite. I have my L2 and Olympic weightlifting cert. Anything sprinty or with a barbell is my favorite.

I love to bake and be outside, I have 2 boys and I want to be their example of how strong women are.

Hey I'm Jacob!

I grew up playing soccer but with a love for any and all sports! After highschool I got into a little bit of weight lifting then my dad got me into the CrossFit world. We started hitting workouts together in the garage and I was hooked! It had everything, cardio, gymnastics and weight lifting! Now I love to do CrossFit competitions and coach here at RxFit! My favorite movements have to be the Snatch and Clean n Jerk. When I'm not at the gym I'm probably out rock climbing or snowboarding depending on the season!
