For 2022’s Metcon Mania, workout #2 will be Interval-style! Toes-to-bar and double-unders are important, but make no mistake… this workout is about the rope climbs.
How fast can you go up and down a climbing rope? That’s the test.

Max Rope Climbs in time remaining
The first three rounds are 2-minute work intervals, followed by a 1-minute rest. The final interval, however, is 3-minutes long. Your score: Total number of rope climbs.
This will be an exciting workout to watch as it won’t be won in the first two rounds. It’s going to come down to the end.
The workout is modified slightly for the intermediate and scaled divisions:
